– WWE Studios’ Scooby-Doo & the WrestleMania Mystery movie will make its broadcast debut on Saturday, July 26th at 6pm EST on the Cartoon Network. The movie was released earlier this year on DVD.

– Former WWE star Tatanka noted on Twitter that he’s backstage at WWE Battleground tonight. He tweeted:

– Batista and the cast of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live tomorrow night. They will talk about the movie and each actor will go head-to-head in a trivia contest against Mia Grace, a 5-year-old superhero expert from Albany, New York.

– WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Steamboat is now on Twitter at @REALSteamboat. He tweeted the following about the Intercontinental Title Battle Royal at WWE Battleground tonight:

– Adam Rose is backstage at WWE Battleground and teased that Layla and Summer Rae may be acting as his new Rosebuds tonight. As noted, Damien Sandow and Rose were pulled from tonight’s battle royal.

– It appears John Cena handing the World Heavyweight Title belt to Ric Flair on last week’s RAW was indeed the company phasing that title out.

WWE reportedly wants to retire the belt as a part of bringing in the new logo that officially begins on the post-SummerSlam RAW, as noted. John Cena, or whoever is champion, will still be referred to as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion but they will carry only one belt.

The original idea when they unified the titles late last year was to use just one belt but they decided out of nowhere to keep both.

The post-SummerSlam RAW from Las Vegas will see the official launch of the new WWE logo, the one that’s seen on the WWE Network.
It’s now confirmed that when the change is official, all WWE title belts will feature the new logo. WWE recently ordered new plates for all belts so the titles will appear slightly different.
