According to several sources, TNA Wrestling’s contractual negotiations with AJ Styles have now fallen apart. The two have attempted on more than one occasion to work out a deal that would be beneficial to both parties. Styles agreed to sign a short term deal in the latter part of 2013, but that deal has since elapsed. For right now, there doesn’t appear to be any sign of Styles returning in the near future to TNA Wrestling.
Styles will however make his return to Ring of Honor for a match against Roderick Strong on January 4th. It should be noted this ROH event will take place in Nashville, TN., an area where AJ made a name for himself as TNA was getting off the ground floor.
