The target release for the special is late 2015, and the channel has contacted several performers from the show to participate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; WWE filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit Doug Gilbert and the estate of Eddie Gilbert filed, according to PWInsider. The motion adds that WWE &#8220;invested heavily&#8221; in obtaining, producing and distributing the footage, &#8220;without which the works alleged in Plaintiffs&#8217; Complaint would not exist. Gilbert was alleging that WWE and ESPN were using his likeness without his permission.<\/p>\n<p>WWE also pointed to cases from Doug Somers and Steve Ray as previous lawsuits that didn&#8217;t work out in court.
