Slater issued a statement saying he was innocent and he was confident that the charges would be dismissed. WWE also issued a statement and said they would take appropriate action once they received details on the warrant. After that, WWE Superstar Bad News Barrett tweeted his support for Slater.<\/p>\n<p>Slater&#8217;s last match came at the November 25th SmackDown tapings, just a week before the warrant was issued. NXT star Tyler Breeze is apparently replacing Slater on the current holiday tour.
