WWE has invited NFL player Michael Sam to next Monday’s WWE RAW from Baltimore. Sam was the first publicly gay player to be drafted in the NFL. He was cut by the St. Louis Rams this weekend after a good performance in the preseason.<\/p>\n
If Sam comes to RAW next week, WWE will give him an open microphone to tell his side of things.<\/p>\n
Next Monday’s RAW will face major competition as the NFL returns with a doubleheader. <\/p>\n
Stephanie McMahon wrote the following open letter to Sam on WWE’s website:<\/p>\n
