WWE has announced that they have chosen to not exercise its option to renew ring announcer Justin Roberts’ contract. Roberts had been with the company since 2002. His Twitter description read, “WWE RAW Ring Announcer. I had an impossible dream, chased it, got it & now living it.”
Effective immediately, Roberts is released from WWE. The website noted, “WWE wishes him the best in all his future endeavors.”
