– There’s been some speculation about Ric Flair appearing at Sunday’s WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view to continue the angle from Monday’s RAW with The Shield and Evolution. Flair is headed to California for an autograph signing at a Frank & Son Collectibles show on Saturday afternoon in Los Angeles. According to someone close to Flair, his itinerary for the weekend has him flying straight from California back home to Atlanta, with no stop in New Jersey for Extreme Rules. WWE could always request Flair at the last minute but as of this afternoon, he’s not scheduled.

– As noted, WWE confirmed during yesterday’s earnings call that Tough Enough will be returning on the WWE Network this year. Tough Enough trainer Bill DeMott tweeted the following:

“The news is out @WWEToughEnough is coming to @WWENetwork – to say I am waiting for the call would be an understatement! #nxtmeansbusiness”

– Word going around on the new season of WWE Tough Enough on the WWE Network is that it will be filmed at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando and will likely feature guys in developmental that aren’t regulars on TV.

– USA Today has an article up with Nikki Bella talking about playing soccer in school and other random non-wrestling topics. She was asked if pro wrestlers are the best athletes and replied with the following:
“No, I’d have to say football players are the best athletes. You have to run, be strong, be agile and have great hand-eye coordination.”

– As noted yesterday, WWE’s website has a new article up on ECW Original Sabu. There will also be a Sabu feature in an upcoming issue of WWE Magazine.

– Prince Devitt is done with New Japan Pro Wrestling and still has a standing offer from WWE. It’s said that Devitt joining WWE isn’t a “dead issue” yet.

– Former WWE and TNA talent Low Ki is reportedly in the final stages of signing a new deal with TNA. The deal will see him work for TNA as a wrestler in the X Division and as an agent for X Division matches. The hope is that Ki will improve that division. Low Ki worked TNA’s One Night Only: Xtravaganza pay-per-view tapings earlier this month and had a very successful night.

– Apparently Summer Rae has been doing some of her own stunt work on the set of WWE Studios’ The Marine 4. Summer noted earlier this week that she was having fun with “fights, blood and dirt.” Regarding her stunt work, one of the people working on set with her tweeted:
“R U Kidding! You killed it today! The real deal, a power house! Don’t mess with this lady!”

– WrestlingDVDNews.com reports that the documentary portion on WWE’s upcoming Batista DVD and Blu-ray will be centered around his 2014 return and the Royal Rumble victory, rather than re-telling his life story. The documentary will be made up of new footage from when Batista had WWE cameras following him around this year and interviews with Batista and other stars.
