TMZ reports that former WWE and WCW star Sean O’Haire, who committed suicide earlier this week, suffered from alcohol addiction and went to WWE-sponsored rehab six times in the past six years. O’Haire’s last stint in WWE-sponsored rehab reportedly came earlier this year.
TMZ adds that WWE tried to contact O’Haire multiple times after his most recent rehab stint but weren’t successful.
