– We don’t know if they’re backstage at RAW yet but there were rumors that The Miz and Ric Flair may return to WWE TV this week now that Money In the Bank is over.
– As noted in the MITB results, Randy Orton suffered a bad cut to the head at WWE Money In the Bank and needed 12 staples to close the wound. F4WOnline reports that word from backstage is that Orton may have injured his arm also.
– WWE’s Dr. Chris Amann posted the following on Randy Orton’s condition after closing the wound he suffered at Money In the Bank:
“We had an incident during the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match where Randy was struck in the head with the ladder, which caused a laceration to the top of his scalp. I evaluated him immediately after the incident. He did not show any signs of a concussion, so what we did ringside was to stop the bleeding with a mixture of Vaseline and epinephrine – which is also known as adrenaline. By putting that in the wound and by applying direct pressure, we were able to get the bleeding to stop, so he could finish the match.”
“Immediately after the match, we brought him back to the training room where we thoroughly cleaned the wound and put 11 staples in his head. We are going to monitor him for any signs of neurological changes and we’ll follow up with him tomorrow at Raw in Hartford, Conn.”
– Dolph Ziggler tweeted the following after the Money In the Bank match at last night’s pay-per-view: “Hell of a fight boys #MITB @WWEUniverse my record does not deserve your support but dammit dont you dare change #DfnZ”
– When Big Show returns to WWE TV from filming WWE Studios’ Vendetta, we could see him feud with Rusev.
– Coming out of WWE Money In the Bank is that more matches with Erick Rowan and Luke Harper vs. The Usos are planned and a WWE Tag Team Title change could still be coming.
