– The negotiations between Spike TV and TNA reportedly ended about 2-3 weeks ago. The two sides were in discussions for TNA to sign a “lesser deal” as Spike wanted to pay TNA less for the programming they had. Despite TNA failing to hit the 2 million viewer mark for Impact Wrestling that was agreed on when they signed a deal in 2010, there was still some interest from Spike in maintaining the relationship.

– Regarding TNA live events, there’s a feeling that touring can’t support TNA financially like they need it to so the schedule will likely remain light for now.

– We’ve noted that there will be another big reboot for TNA when they premiere with Destination America in January. They are also working on overhauling the TNA website. Former WWE announcer Josh Mathews is leading that project.
