WWE today released five developmental wrestlers, PWInsider.com reports.

In addition to Garrett Dylan and Travis Tyler, WWE has cut ties with Slate Randall, Mac Miles and Dani Jackson.

Randall, real name Shaun Ricker, was signed last year after appearing as a cast member on the TNT competition reality series, The Hero, hosted by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. He had been competing at non-televised events, but never made it to television. At Saturday’s live event in Daytona Beach, Randall performed an “awkward musical segment,” according to an attendee. A protege of WWE Hall of Famer Paul Bearer, he has been wrestling since 2003.

Miles is William McNamee, a 6’3″ novice athlete from Colorado who WWE signed in the fall following an impressive tryout—the same tryout Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards participated in. Misidentified as “Dylan Mile” on wrestling news sites, McNamee impressed WWE officials with his agility, which included a 37-inch vertical leap. He made his WWE NXT debut at the July 17 tapings—teaming with Steve Cutler, they were squashed by NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension.

Jackson, a product of Ohio Valley Wrestling, was signed a few months ago following a tryout at the WWE Performance Center in December. She never made it to television and had not wrestled at live events.
