WWE confirmed the injury to Jamie Noble on their website, and stated that his condition was “being evaluated.”

Noble stated on Twitter that he suffered three broken ribs. He noted that he was given oxygen because he couldn’t breathe at first. Below are his tweets:

I would like to thank WWE staff and all the fans for nice messages. I have 3 broke ribs. Couldn’t breathe at first.

As far as we know the broken ribs suffered by Jamie Noble at last night’s RAW are legit and not part of a storyline but anything is possible. WWE is crediting Brock Lesnar with causing the injury. Several fans in attendance last night noted that there was a lot of chaos at ringside that didn’t make it onto TV. More than one WWE official threw up the “X” sign and some appeared to be genuinely concerned. There’s been some fan speculation online that this could be an angle with Lesnar taking out The Authority leading up to his match with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at Battleground.

– Regarding the injury Erick Rowan suffered at Friday’s WWE live event in Saginaw, Michigan, Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that it’s some sort of arm injury but it is believed to be serious or significant. It’s worth noting that despite the injury being serious, Rowan did work the next night.

– Tyson Kidd’s neck surgery is taking place on Wednesday and he should be out of action for more than a year. Kidd is having the same kind of neck surgery that Steve Austin, Edge and Chris Benoit had, usually with a turnaround time of 14 months or so. Kidd is not going with a temporary fix for the injury and is doing the right thing by having the full surgery.
