– The Rock confirmed in an interview with Collider that he’ll be back for Furious 8. His character, Hobbes, has become an integral part of the blockbuster series, starting with the sixth installment of the franchise.

“Of course. It can’t go on without Hobbes,” The Rock said about his continued participation in the series. There were also rumors that he would get his own spin-off, but those plans have yet to materialize.

“We all are interested in it,” explained The Rock. “I just had a big conversation with the studio. So we’ll see. I still think for me personally we’ve created a little bit of space for him in 7 and the gauge is set for what the audience will want. That’s my take on it, you know, but a lot of other people have to have input.”

Furious 8 will be in theaters on April 14, 2017. To date, Furious 7 has reached almost $1.5 billion in worldwide box office.

– As noted earlier, a preview for the new Jerry Lawler DVD, It’s Good to be the King: The Jerry Lawler Story, will air on the WWE Network after tonight’s RAW.

– Triple H will be doing a Q&A on Twitter this Wednesday at 3:30 PM ET, ahead of that evening’s NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable event. We will have live coverage and a viewing party for NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable this Wednesday.

– Adam Rose hinted on Twitter that there may be some changes coming in terms of his character. He wrote:
