– Dean Ambrose earned his first WWE pay-per-view victory since splitting with The Shield at tonight’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view after defeating Luke Harper. It was his first singles pay-per-view victory since he defended the U.S. title by defeating Dolph Ziggler at WWE Night of Champions on September 15, 2013.

– It was announced at WWE Extreme Rules tonight that Rusev will face WWE United States Champion John Cena in an “I Quit Match” at the May 17th Payback pay-per-view from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland.

Lana noted tonight that this will be the final chapter in the Cena vs. Rusev feud.
