As noted, there will be a WWE NXT tournament at WrestleMania 31 Axxess tonight with the winner earning a spot in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Talents confirmed are Adrian Neville, Tyler Breeze, Finn Balor and Hideo Itami.
Word going around WWE this week in San Jose is that Neville will likely be winning the tournament and compete in the Battle Royal on Sunday.
There’s also speculation that this could be Neville’s arrival on the main roster. Stay tuned as we will have updates from the tournament tonight.

– In an update from earlier, WWE has confirmed to F4Wonline.com that the first match on the WrestleMania 31 Kickoff Pre-show this Sunday will begin at about 3pm local time, which is 6pm EST. This means that the start time at Levi’s Stadium will be bumped up 30 minutes at least. The confusion earlier is likely due to miscommunication with Levi’s Stadium issuing their press release after WWE made the change to the card. It appears the first hour of the pre-show will be previews and other segments while the second hour will be the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and the Fatal 4 Way for the WWE Tag Team Titles.
– We noted earlier this week that WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella took a shot at AJ Lee during a promo on SmackDown. She said:
“I think Brock Lesnar worked more days than you this past year.”
With WWE sometimes editing the Divas promos when they go off-script, it was noted that if the line was left in the promo then it was a scripted line and was done on purpose to take a shot at AJ. For those who missed SmackDown tonight, the line was not edited out.
