– Opening Segment – LEGENDS CEREMONY with Jeremy Borash as host. Legends being honored include Harley Race, Dory Funk Jr., Jackie Fargo, “Bullet” Bob Armstrong, Corsica Joe and Sara Lee. Ricky Steamboat & NWA Executive Bill Behrens. Jeff Jarrett crashes the party and winds up getting the #1 spot in the Gauntlet for the Gold Battle Royal for his troubles. Scott Hall & Ken Shamrock also join in the interview to promote the main event for later tonight.

– Interview with the original “Hardcore Midget”, Puppet, as conducted by Goldylocks. Jeff Jarrett throws a fit in the background about being #1 in the Gauntlet Battle Royal.

* The Flying Elvises (Jimmy Yang, Sonny Siaki, and Jorge Estrada) defeated Lo-Ki, A.J. Styles, and Jerry Lynn when Jimmy Yang pinned A.J. Styles… (6:20)

* Midget Match: Teo pinned Hollywood (2:48)…

– Preview of Miss TNA Lingerie Battle Royal. Includes argument between two of the contestants, Elektra and Francine. A brawl breaks out between the two ladies.

– Mortimer Plumtree Interview – He introduces The Johnsons (Richard & Rod Johnson)

* The Johnsons (AKA The Shane Twins, Mike and Todd) (w/Mortimer Plumtree) defeated James Storm and Psicosis when a Johnson pinned Storm… (4:52)

– The Dupps introduce Fluff Dupp

– In Ring Segments with NASCAR’s Hermie Sadler & Sterling Martin. They’re interrupted by K-Krush (AKA R-Truth). Krush runs down NASCAR and gets in a verbal altercation with the drivers. Brian Christopher breaks up the argument and clears K-Krush from the ring. A match between the two is made for the next PPV.

– Backstage segment with Jeff Jarrett choking out Jackie Fargo for making him the #1 entrant in TNA’s Gauntlet for the Gold.

* The Dupps (Bo and Stan Dupp) (w/Fluff Dupp) defeated Joey Matthews and Christian York (3:15) when Stan Dupp pinned Christian York… (3:51)

– Toby Keith attempts to perform “The Angry American” before being attacked by Jeff Jarrett.

* “Gauntlet for the Gold” Battle Royal for the NWA World Heavyweight Title: Ken Shamrock & Malice win the Battle Royal. Participants included: Jeff Jarrett , Buff Bagwell, Lash Leroux, Norman Smiley, Gran Apollo, K-Krush, Slash (Wolfie D), Del Rios (Spellbinder), Justice (the future Abyss), Konnan, Bruce (Alan Funk), Rick Steiner, Malice (WCW’s The Wall), Scott Hall, Steve Corino, Ken Shamrock, Chris Harris, Devon Storm, Vampire Warrior (Gangrel), and Brian Christopher. This match was conducted under “Royal Rumble” style rules, with the final two men facing one another in a singles match for the championship… (30:56)

* NWA World Heavyweight Title Match: Ken Shamrock defeated Malice to win the title. Ricky Steamboat was the special guest referee. (5:46)

– Jeff Jarrett has a backstage altercation with Toby Keith and Jackie Fargo. At ringside, the Legends return to close the show with Jarrett attacking Dory Funk & Bob Armstrong. Jackie Fargo books Jarrett vs. Scott Hall for next PPV. The show ends with Hall attacking Jarrett.

Matches prior to the live taping included, Apolo over David Young, Cheex (Mike Staples) over Frank Parker. (During the Cheex match, the big man broke part of the ring. TNA ring crew, most notably Ron & Don Harris, rushed to repair the ring before the live TNA PPV broadcast! This is why the first couple of segments on the PPV were interview segments)

* Scott Hall (w/Toby Keith & Jackie Fargo) defeated Jeff Jarrett after interference from Toby Keith, while the referee was distracted by a brawl between K-Krush & Brian Christopher at ringside. (7:01)

* Cheex (w/The Brown Eyed Girl) splashed Frank Parker for the win. (2:07)

* Brian Christopher defeated K-Krush with the “Hip Hop Drop” after interference from Sadler & Martin… (4:38)

* Taylor Vaughn won a Lingerie Battle Royal to be crowned Miss TNA and receive a contract. Participants included Taylor Vaughn (WWF’s B.B.), Francine, Elektra, Alexis Laree (Mickie James), Miss Joanie, Shannon (WCW’s Daffney), Miss Sasha, Erin, and Tyler (4:46)

– Goldylocks Interviews Apolo. They’re interrupted by David Young & Bobcat.

* Apolo defeated David Young (w/Bobcat) with a TKO. (5:28)

– Joel Gertner introduces the Rainbow Express (Lenny Lane & Bruce). Bruce is Alan Funk/Kwee Wee from WCW. Bruce is replacing an injured Lodi in the team. Their scheduled opponents, The Dupps, refuse to wrestle the Rainbows due to their alternative lifestyle. James Storm & Chris Harris are asked to replace the Dupps in the match.

* Chris Harris & James Storm defeated The Rainbow Express (Lenny & Bruce) (w/Joel Gertner) when Harris pinned Lenny after pushing him into Bruce and a roll up. (4:48)

– Ricky Steamboat introduces the NWA World Heavyweight Champion Ken Shamrock. They are interrupted by Father James Mitchell who claims he has Shamrock’s first challenger. Shamrock believes Mitchell is referring to Slash (Wolfie D) who is standing on the stage. It winds up being a setup, as Malice (The Wall) attacks Shamrock from behind and chokeslams the champion, revealing himself as the challenger for next week.

* Double Elimination Match for the NWA TNA X Title: A.J. Styles defeated Psicosis, Lo Ki and Jerry Lynn to win the title. (25:56)
– AJ Styles pinned Psicosis with the Styles Clash (2:01)
– AJ Styles pinned Low Ki following a German Suplex and a variation of a facebuster. (4:23)
– Jerry Lynn pinned AJ Styles with the Cradle Piledriver (4:45)
– Jerry Lynn pinned Psicosis with the Cradle Piledriver (7:43) PSICOSIS WAS ELIMINATED
– Jerry Lynn pinned Low-Ki with the Cradle Piledriver (12:03) LOW-KI WAS ELIMINATED
– AJ Styles pinned Jerry Lynn with the Styles Clash (16:05)
